Conditions of Sale

SETTLEMENT
Payment in advance of delivery unless you have an authorised credit account.
Authorised credit account holders:-
Payment is due by the end of the next month following date of invoice (tax point).
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.
The title in the goods does not pass to you until they have been paid for in full.
If you sell the goods, before they have been paid for, then we have the right to the proceeds of such sale.

AVAILABILITY
All goods are offered for sale subject to availability.

CLAIMS
Non delivery of goods must be advised in writing to us within 10 days of receipt of invoice,
otherwise you are liable to the cost of goods as invoiced.
Shortages must be advised in writing to ourselves & carriers on the day of reciept.

V.A.T.
V.A.T. (value added tax) will be added to all invoices, except export, at current rate.
All prices shown in this catalogue are exclusive of V.A.T.

CARRIAGE
Orders above £70 nett carriage FREE within mainland England, Scotland & Wales.
Orders below £70 nett will be subject to a £5 processing charge.

PRICES
As ruling at the date of dispatch.
This priced catalogue cancels all previous price lists.

OUT OF STOCK GOODS
All items out of stock will be automatically back ordered.
If you do not wish us to keep any items on back order please mark your order “Ex Stock or Cancel”.

RETURNS
Goods ordered in error are subject to a surcharge if returned, all goods returned will be subject
to a 15% minimum restocking charge.
Goods which are returned without prior authorisation by our company will be subject to a 25%
restocking charge.
All items returned for credit must be in A1 saleable condition & in their original packaging.

GUARANTEE
All instruments with the exception of cutting tools are guaranteed for the period of 1 year from the date of
purchase against faulty materials & workmanship. Should any defect arise during that time, then we
undertake to repair or replace that item free of charge.

Any defective item should be returned to our ‘Returns Dept.’, carriage paid, together with a covering
letter clearly stating the reason for complaint.
This guarantee does not cover instrument defects arising from wear & tear or improper use.
This warranty does not cover goods which have been etched or engraved.
